You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

3. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
Prices are displayed in INR and may include applicable taxes.
Payments can be made via secure online methods (UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Wallets, Net Banking, COD where available).
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or fraudulent activity.

4. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers must ensure correct address and contact details at checkout.
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect details, additional charges may apply.

5. Returns & Refunds

Perishable items (fruits, vegetables, dairy, meat, etc.) are non-returnable unless damaged or expired at delivery.
Packaged goods may be eligible for return/exchange if reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

6. Use of Services

You agree not to:

Misuse our app or website for fraudulent purposes.
Attempt to disrupt, hack, or reverse-engineer our platform.
Violate any applicable local laws and regulations.

7. Intellectual Property

All logos, designs, product listings, graphics, and content on Sayamart are owned or licensed by us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without prior permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sayamart is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by factors beyond our control (delivery partner delays, natural disasters, etc.).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability shall not exceed the total value of your order.

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse our Services, or engage in fraudulent activities.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website/app, and continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Rampur, Uttar Pradesh.
